Students in the ACAC’s 2-year diploma program not only learn crucial theory and classroom-based education, they also gain critical hands-on experience through an internship in an established hotel or restaurant.

This week, the ACAC hosted its Internship Briefing for students and industry partners. The internship providers received a briefing about ACAC’s rules & expectations and had the chance to meet the students in person.
