ACAC Welcomes the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council

The Academy of Culinary Arts hosted the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) earlier this week. Throughout the event, the USAPEEC held presentations and cooking demos for the Cambodia Chefs Federation in the ACAC show kitchen.

The ACAC provided all the catering for coffee breaks and lunch.
