Last week, renowned chef, Francois Giussani was at the Academy sharing his knowledge and experience with ACAC students.
Chef Giussani is known for his hands-on leadership, working in multicultural environments with diverse cuisines and for his innovation while respecting local traditions.
Chef Giussani gained his degree in Hospitality from the prestigious École Hôteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland and has worked all over Europe, the Middle East, South America and Southeast Asia. More recently, he worked for the International Centre for Culinary Arts, Dubai. He is currently based in Shanghai.
