New Semester Kicks off at ACAC

A buzz of energy permeated the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia as a new semester began on Monday, October 15. Sixty-one new students started their first day of classes at the ACAC, thus launching their future career in culinary arts.

This week, students who started their culinary careers at the ACAC in April of this year are now on their internships at one of the Academy’s dozens of hospitality partners in Southeast Asia.

Currently, over 200 students are studying at the Academy in various stages of their diplomas. Second-year students are either finishing their last leg of coursework or completing their final internships.
