Raffles Chef, Joel Wilkinson, teaches ACAC students

Mr. Joel Wilkinson, Executive Chef at Raffles Hotel Le Royal honoured the ACAC by giving a fish and seafood workshop to our students.


Mr. Wilkinson is also partnering with the ACAC to provide internship opportunities for two ACAC students.
