Whether you’re looking to craft your own macarons or perfect your chocolate croissant, in this workshop you are going to take your pastry skills to the next level.

In this advanced bakery and pastry course, you will develop your skills and learn to apply some of the more challenging techniques of making beautiful desserts and bakery items.

The training session lasts 5 Saturday afternoons, 4 hours each, and is taught by our experienced bakery & pastry chef in a comfortable and warm learning environment. The instructors will share their expertise before having you create your own breads and sweets step by step. Of course, you can take everything you made during the workshop home with you.
