This evening, we had the pleasure of hosting 35 prospective and newly enrolled students at our special Enrollment Activity at the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia.
With our November intake just around the corner, this event offered a fantastic opportunity for potential future chefs and hospitality professionals to experience the world of culinary arts firsthand.
The highlight of the evening? Two beautifully crafted menus, conceptualized by our advanced students as part of their final practical project. Each menu was inspired by the four seasons, spring, summer, fall, and winter, offering dishes such as Chicken Mousseline Salad, Pomelo Salad with Crispy Shrimp, and a mouthwatering Dark Chocolate Fondant. All those creations truly reflected the passion and skills our students have developed over their time at ACAC.
Guests also took part in a fun “Tasting the Ingredients” game, where they got to test their senses and engage with the culinary world in a new way.

One of the most exciting parts of the evening was hearing from some of our recently enrolled students about why they chose ACAC for their upcoming studies and what impressed them about the event:
