Is there anything more lovely than the aroma of freshly-baked bread or the taste of a sweet little treat?
This short course provides you with the opportunity to get a first insight into the art of pastries and bread making. You will learn how to use various ingredients and apply different techniques for making and shaping bread dough and creating delicious desserts.
The training session lasts 5 Saturday mornings, 4 hours each, and is taught by our experienced bakery & pastry chef in a comfortable and warm learning environment. The instructors will share their expertise before having you create your own breads and sweets step by step. Of course, you can take everything you made during the workshop home with you.
