This short course provides you with the opportunity to get a first insight into the art of pastries and bread making. You will learn how to use various ingredients and apply different techniques for making and shaping bread dough and creating delicious desserts.

The training session lasts 5 Saturday mornings, 4 hours each, and is taught by our experienced bakery & pastry chef in a comfortable and warm learning environment. The instructors will share their expertise before having you create your own breads and sweets step by step. Of course, you can take everything you made during the workshop home with you.

Advanced Bakery & Pastry

In this advanced bakery and pastry course, you will develop your skills and learn to apply some of the more challenging techniques of making beautiful desserts and bakery items.

Khmer Cuisine

Over the course of its more than thousand-year-long history, Khmer cuisine has been developing a unique variety of ingredients and flavours, embracing the best of Indian, Chinese, Thai and the more recent French influences. Under the instruction of our knowledgeable Cambodian chef, you will learn how to prepare some of the most delicious Khmer dishes and end the course with an exciting, tasty meal.

During this practical hands-on class, you will learn how to create a variety of macarons with delicious fillings and decorated to perfection. Homemade Italian Pasta
