One of the unique elements of the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia is its internship program. Students in the ACAC’s 2-year diploma program not only learn crucial theory and classroom-based education, they also gain critical hands-on experience through an internship in an established hotel or restaurant.
The ACAC’s Internship program has formed valuable relationships with industry partners so that students learn in an active, professional and real-life hospitality environment. What an important experience!
This week, the ACAC hosted its Internship Briefing for students and industry partners. The internship providers received a briefing about ACAC’s rules & expectations and had the chance to meet the students in person.
